Teaching Methodologies

The syllabus are developed through expository methods, flipped classroom, problem/project-based learning, experimentation/reflection, field trips, and cooperative and collaborative learning.

The assessment process will be carried out by continuous assessment or by examination.

By continuous assessment:
A) Theoretical assessment (30%)
B) Theoretical-practical assessment (70%)

The exam will consist exclusively of a TP test (100%).

Learning Results

1. Contextualize the leisure within the social sciences approaches, applying their different concepts and perspectives in order to understand the evolution of the relationship between leisure and other areas of social life, and identify the social determinants to accessing leisure, in order to design projects, programs and policies to eliminate the access disparities in to leisure activities;
2. Understand the concepts of leisure and culture in order to understand the processes of change within the framework of cultural development;
3. Identify the importance of Education as/through/for Leisure in different intervention contexts, in order to develop projects with different groups.
