Teaching Methodologies
The course contents will be taught in sessions presenting the fundamental concepts. The sessions are complemented by visits to sports venues, guiding students to the understanding of the various processes in the management of sports infrastructures.
Learning Results
Acquisition and development of knowledge and competences in:
1. Know the classification of the typologies of sport spaces and equipments.
2. Know the guidelines for the construction of sports facilities.
3. Know the national laws for the construction, management, and maintenance of a sports facility or outdoor play
spaces, as well as safety and security demands.
4. Know the management indicators for sport spaces and equipments and its various management models.
5. Understand the maintenance in sport spaces and equipments.
6. Understand the economical aspects related with the management of sport equipments.
7. Understand the natural spaces as sports spaces.
