Teaching Methodologies
a) Theoretical-practical sessions, focused on the development of activities of analysis and critical reflection, based on different resources, including texts, exercises and audiovisual resources.
b) Practical sessions – the following teaching/learning methodologies will be used: debate, case study, film viewing and document analysis; pedagogical game; cooperative work; group dynamics, worksheets; presentation of topics and works by students.
The curricular unit includes teaching-learning moments in b-learning format, with theoretical content covered in elearning, through the Moodle platform. The active participation of students and performance in group work will be evaluated.
Continuous assessment – individual and group work during training sessions – 100.0%
Assessment by Exam – individual written test 100.0%
Learning Results
At the end of the program, students should be able to
1) knowing how to identify the main attributes associated with the management of group dynamics and teamwork management;
2) know how to use techniques of cooperative organization of work and productive management of conflict;
3) know how to use problem-solving and decision-making techniques.
