At the end of the course the student should be able to:
• Understand the relation between management, technologies, and the importance of an Information System
in business management;
• Analyse and plan Information Systems architecture;
• Know models, techniques, and tools to systematically, and in an integrator manner, develop the best
solutions of Information Systems, including IS/IT management and planning methodologies (ISO/IEC 20000,
ITIL, COBIT, IS/IT architectures, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), tools for enterprise engineering
and enterprise modeling, quality management and BPM (Business Process Management), and diagnosis and
planning integrated solutions (for business, IS, and IT).
