Teaching Methodologies

In all sessions there will be an information component guided by the teacher, however, the methodology to be used in this curricular unit will be essentially guided by the completion and analysis of assessment instruments, the analysis of cases and the resolution of application exercises.

The frequency assessment is done through a summative test of mandatory character and a group work, each with a weight of 50%. In the frequency, the questions are oriented to the short, direct and multiple choice answer. The group work will be eminently practical and reflective, being combined with the trainees at the beginning of the course.

Learning Results

This course aims to prepare the trainees of the specialized training course in special education, in the aspect of early intervention in childhood, for the analytical reading of articles, use, adaptation or measurement of instruments for data collection, treatment and interpretation of data that help reflect in a reasoned manner on practices, always bearing in mind the quality of early intervention in different contexts.
