Base Knowledge

The basic knowledge is transversal, given that the awareness of a way aiming the creativity and innovation and its support in the State of the Art, in this case, applies to all Sciences.

Teaching Methodologies

The teaching methodology is based on the following aspects:

– Presentation of Subjects by the teacher;

– Work developed by students, focused on their Dissertation/Internship/Master’s Project.

Learning Results

The main Objectives and Skills to be developed are as follows:

– To identify the objectives of the Research, of the search, and of the desired Discovery;

– To support the preceding in credible bibliographical references, namely peer-reviewed;

– To know how to distinguish the different types of information sources;

– To know how to define research questions;

– To know how to validate methodologies and results;

– To know how to make a critical analysis;

– To know how to prepare a report, an article or a patent;

– To know how to present a document in forums such as Conferences, Round Tables, among others.
