Physics

Base Knowledge

Knowledge of Physics: at the level of secondary education.
Mathematics knowledge: at the level of secondary education.

Teaching Methodologies

Theoretical, tutorial and laboratorial classes. The laboratorial component consists of 4 practical works, each one values 1/20. The theoretical component (16/20) is evaluated in final exam or with 3 tests during the semester. The distributed evaluations require an attendance of classes greater than 75% and a classification greater than 2/20 is the laboratorial component.

Learning Results

Learning the fundamental laws of Nature in the domain of Classical Mechanics, described in the syllabus. Solve problems and analyse results using the fundamental laws. Self acquiring knowledge. Scientific interpretation of physical phenomena. Acquire and analyse experimental data in group. Perform brainstorming between students.
