Teaching Methodologies

Attendance is optional. However, the scheduling and delivery of the assessment elements divided throughout the semester will be done in class.
The discipline will work with theoretical-practical classes.
Due to the eminently practical and professional character of the Curricular Unit, classes will combine the expository method with active learning methodologies, which are: practical exercises; roleplay debate of ideas and workshops, and final practical work.

Learning Results

At the end of the Curricular Unit, students should:
1. understand the internal and external communication process of the organization regarding public relations;
2. be able to acquire skills in the scope of inter-personal and organizational communication; and skills at an
assertive behavioural relation level;
3. be able to produce an internal communication plan for the organization at the secretarial level;
4. interpret actions and attitudes happening while contacting people and groups of people and resulting in a
social interaction within the company.
Secondly, this curricular unit also aims at developing skills in the following areas:
