Teaching Methodologies

The teaching methodologies are designed to give the targeted skills, using expository and demonstrative methods to solve practical problems, case studies and the use of electronic means.

Teaching is very devoted to the development of skills, demanding of the student substantial additional work and proactive out of contact hours.

Learning Results

It is expected that by the end of the curricular unit each student is entitled to: a) Understanding the evolution of quality management,

b)  Understand the importance of quality management function as a strategic role in organizations;

c)  Develop, implement and monitor improvement programs;

d)  To know the quality management tools, process management, the risks associated with business (riskbased thinking) and management indicators systems;

e)  Implementing, maintaining and monitoring a quality management system aim to certification.
