Learning Results

Understand the different enterprise information systems (EIS) that can be implemented to support business processes and the digital ecosystems. Specify, design, and implement business processes supported by emerging information technologies and enterprise architectures. Obtain knowledge on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SCM (Supply Chain Management), HCM (Human Capital Management), and other platforms that are driving digital transformation and industry 4.0.
