Learning Results
– Know the main studies on the processes of social influence in groups;
– Recognize the impact of these processes on the formation of values, norms, beliefs, attitudes and actions of individuals and groups;
– Understand the processes of formation and dynamics of work teams in organizations;
– Know how to act in the formation, management and development of teams in work contexts;
– Know how to apply the knowledge gained in the analysis of organizational dynamics.
