Learning Results

– Know the main studies on the processes of social influence in groups;
– Recognize the impact of these processes on the formation of values, norms, beliefs, attitudes and actions of individuals and groups;
– Understand the processes of formation and dynamics of work teams in organizations;
– Know how to act in the formation, management and development of teams in work contexts;
– Know how to apply the knowledge gained in the analysis of organizational dynamics.

a) Introduction to the study of groups: the group concept, group structures and processes; b) the relationship between task type and performance groups; c) social influence processes: formation of social norms, conformity, obedience to authority; innovation and minority influence

4) Cooperation and conflict in intergroup relations

5) Psychology applied to Social Organizations

a) Organization concept and its main approaches; b) Decision making; b) Citizenship and perceived organizational justice; c) Trust; d) Leadership
