Learning Results

The objectives of this curricular unit are:

• Interpret and execute technical assembly drawings;

• Analyze and apply dimensional and geometric tolerance information and surface state;

• Select, apply and represent mechanical components;

• Recognize a structure and its function in a product.

Program

Dimensional tolerance and surface states: ISO system of dimensional tolerance; Inscription of tolerances on drawings; Adjustments; Checking tolerances; surface states.

Geometric Tolerance: Dimensional Tolerance versus Geometric Tolerance; Geometric Symbols; Application and interpretation of geometric tolerances.

Advanced CAD application.
