Teaching Methodologies

The teaching / learning process is based on:

–        Theoretical-practical classes of expository methodology for the presentation of theoretical content, with presentations in “power point” and use of audiovisual means to demonstrate certain contents

–        Practical application classes (demonstration and execution) to settle the theoretical content presented

Learning Results

Know the different psychopathologies; Identify pathologies associated with trisomy XXI; Know the language development and become familiar with the therapeutic techniques; Recognize synkinesis in therapeutic activities; Basic Life Support;

Know the characteristics of the horse and its suitability to the needs of the practitioner; Identify the needs of people with disabilities; Develop an intervention plan in therapeutic riding; Master the companion techniques, specific to each pathology; Properly use the material adapted to therapeutic riding; Master the techniques of mounting / dismounting.
