Teaching Methodologies

The classes/sessions will work with the active participation of students. The teacher will present various points of the program, during classes, in an expository way and whenever possible with practical application.

In the classes/sessions, the students (groups of three to four master’s students) will present works on themes presented by the professor and proposed to the students, with the professor’s supervision, in a dynamic of constructive discussion and investigation among all the master’s students, after the respective presentations. Whenever possible, the practical application component resulting from theoretical research will be encouraged, always aiming at the acquisition of new skills.

Learning Results

The purpose is to equip students with administrative organization techniques and with the practical knowledge of the administrative management of Human Resources, which will allow them to manage and/or (re)organize a Human Resources department. And to provide general, current, and critical training on the main areas of Administrative Management of Human Resources, as well as developing a critical understanding of the resulting practice.
