After attending the course, each student is expected to be able to
- Understand the different concepts of organizational architecture of information systems
- Design, model and analyse organisational processes and activities
- Know the essential concepts of BPM
- Model the main components of business processes through different tools that allow to understand, communicate, evaluate, and manage business processes
- Understand processes, their efficiency and effectiveness, based on the decomposition of their components and attributes and on appropriate techniques and tools
- Promote process transformation through the planned evolution of the lifecycle of business processes, strategies and methodologies for continuous improvement and change management
