Civil Law General Theory

Learning Results

The objective of the curricular unit is to know the fundamental principles of
portuguese civil law and to master the principles and elemens of the general theory
of the civil juridical relation. The student must not only consolidate the principles
learned in Introduction to Law but also, throughout the learning process, acquire
the competences to solve practical problems regarding the elements of the civil
juridical relation.
