Teaching Methodologies

Classes will be taught with exposure of theoretical knowledge and with a strong component of solving practical situations.

Learning Results

Provide students with mastery of key concepts of declaratory civil procedural law, with particular emphasis on the structuring principles of the process, the bases of judicial organization, procedural assumptions and procedural dynamics.

Skills to develop:

a) Apprehend the key concepts of declarative civil procedure;

b) Knowledge of the judicial organization, procedural assumptions and the dynamics of declaratory action.

c) identify the legislation applicable to each specific situation.
