Base Knowledge
Mathematics and Circuit Analysis.
Teaching Methodologies
The lectures are “expository” (being made a theoretical exposure of each subject), with the support of a projector and classroom framework, complemented with the resolution of exercises.
In practical classes exercises will be solved individually and in small groups.
Learning Results
The Circuit Analysis Complements main goal is, starting from the basis acquired, to give students the necessary knowledge and concepts to solve three-phase sinusoidal AC circuits.
Program
1) Power factor correction in single-phase alternating sinusoidal current circuits.
2) Three-phase alternating current. Balanced and unbalanced systems.
3) Active, reactive and apparent power in three-phase systems.
4) Calculations in/of three-phase circuits.
5) Power factor correction in three-phase alternating sinusoidal current circuits.
