Knowledge acquired in 1st and 2nd years, namely Human Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics, among others.

Teaching Methodologies

Simulation of consultation and nutritional counseling (communicational context);

Initial and final autoscopy;

Development of different nutrition communication formats;

Analysis and presentation of scientific articles;

Resolution of case studies;

Role-play.

Know the Methods, Typology and Techniques of Counseling in Health, in Physiological situations (Area / Education for Health), or in pathological situations (Disease Prevention);
Know the Basic Counseling Skills;
Develop scientific knowledge at the level of Communication and Counseling, in guided practice;
Relate Counseling Skills to problem situations in Dietetics;
Apply the work methodology in Communication / Counseling;
Understand the role of motivation in nutritional therapy adherence;
