Teaching Methodologies

The syllabus will be developed through the use of: i) theoretical-practical sessions, with an initial expository component and incident analysis in the discussion of the syllabus as well as its strategic application in the context of social sector organizations; ii) applied discussion sessions with the possibility of discussing the acquired concepts, namely in terms of the development of practical application and planning skills, using case studies.

Continuous evaluation:

2 Individual or group assignments (to be defined at the beginning of the semester) with a weight of 50% each.

Minimum grade of 7.5/20 in each assignment.

By Exam:

Individual written test to be scheduled during the scheduled time for exams (100%) Valid for all exam times.

Learning Results

This curricular unit aims to deepen knowledge (theoretical and practical) about 1. the different dimensions of ethical behavior by/in in the social sector organizations, 2. in relation to different stakeholders, 3. stressing the importance of adopting procedures aimed at socially responsible action, 4. guided by values of collaboration, mutual help, respect for human dignity and promoting a culture of accountability
