Base Knowledge

Knowledge of Commercial Law and European Union Law.

Teaching Methodologies

Theoretical classes will be given, where the basic concepts of industrial property institutes will be presented, as well as practical classes, with the discussion and solution of practical cases and the analysis of rulings of the Court of Intellectual Property and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Theoretical classes allow monitoring and understanding of current problems arising from issues related to intellectual property, in particular, providing the student with elements for the best conduct and resolution of cases and mechanisms to be used.

Conferences will also be given by invited professors.

Learning Results
