Teaching Methodologies

Teaching methodologies based on student participation in bibliographic and legal research, as well as in solving practical cases, appear to be the most appropriate to achieve the learning objectives of the curricular unit

Learning Results

a) Objectives:

1. Familiarize students with the language, concepts and ways of thinking specific to law, preparing them to understand the subsequent specialized legal matters.

2. Make students aware of the legal-labor relationship, in its individual and collective incidences, and its main aspects of the regime, with practical concerns but without forgetting the respective theoretical framework.

b) Skills to be acquired: The student should be able to identify which legal regulations are applicable to each situation. You should know how to correctly interpret the rule in question and solve the specific situations that you encounter
