Introduction to Law

Theoretical-practical methodology: initial theoretical exposition (legal/doctrinal/jurisprudential) of each theme; complementary practical framework, with the active participation of students (exposition of jurisprudential cases/practical hypotheses, to consolidate the theoretical knowledge taught).

To familiarize students with the language, concepts and ways of thinking typical of Labor Law, preparing them to understand the subsequent specialized legal matters.

Make students aware of labor regimes, and especially the legal-labor relationship, in its individual and collective incidences, and its main aspects of the regime, with practical concerns but without forgetting the respective theoretical frameworks.
