Teaching Methodologies

In the classes the theoretical knowledge will be explained and combined with the application in practical cases.

The evaluation is performed by submitting written papers presented in class, individual or group, always with one always faces the analysis and resolution of practical issues perspective.

Learning Results

Make known to students, on the one hand, the rules for special employment contract, on the other hand, the effects of judicial declaration of insolvency in employment contracts, either as existing or as to the possibility of new contracts, and moreover, also the protection of workers’ claims. Finally, it is intended to inform the work shed and its main procedural aspects of the scheme. In any case, with practical concerns but without forgetting their theoretical frameworks.
