Application of students’ Knowlodge in the development of management and performance evaluation systems in organizations. Preparation of the construction manual for an evaluation model. Mastery of the criteria to be developed in a Performance Assessment System.

Acquisition of skills in the area of organizations’ remuneration policy. Manage the remunerations of executives and staff in the company. Testing the Efffectiveness of the Remuneration System. Incentives and rewarda. Assumptions for establishing a salay policy aiming at its effectiveness. Social Benefits and Fringe Benefits.

The course will include lectures as well and case studies and problem-based learning

In this course:

– students will access specialized information sources, knowledge and tools that will allow them to understand the topic in organizational context

– students will be provided a practical simulation of appraisal and compensation systems of different private and public organizations
