Base Knowledge
Mastery of the Portuguese language in terms of its rules or grammatical structures, as well as knowledge of the importance of communication in any organization, are essential for successfully completing this curricular unit.
Teaching Methodologies
Given the nature of the objectives and syllabus of this curricular unit, the chosen teaching methodology has the fundamental purpose of stimulating and optimizing student learning. Thus, an active teaching methodology centered on students will be privileged, through the carrying out of work in class, individually and also in small groups, as well as the practice of debates/discussions in class.
As this is a theoretical-practical curricular unit, regular attendance and the active and critical participation of students will be strongly requested during classes. There will be moments of expository nature, by the responsibility of the teacher, alternating with practical exercises carried out by the students.
Real situations of communication and oral and written expression will be analyzed.
