This course aims to obtain integrated knowledge (theoretical and applied) about human behavior in the workplace, at an individual, social, and organizational level. It also aims to understand work contexts and recognize the impact of work on people’s lives in order to increase personal and organizational effectiveness.

• Psychosocial determinants of work: individual and organizational factors

•Current themes of analysis of organizational behavior in third sector organizations: forms of organizational support, work-family relations and role management, diversity and equality in the workplace, decent work, and emotional work.
