Study the psychosociological problems of the occupational system; Lead trainees to understand individual and collective behaviors in the context of organizations; Identify the skills required to lead people and groups; Develop leadership behaviors appropriate to different contexts; Develop in the trainees their management skills, articulating human resources management with the overall management of the organization.

1. Introduction- Values, Beliefs, Attitudes and Behaviors: Predictive Behavior Model; The Pygmalion effect; Emotions and Skills. Communication Attitudes: Effects on Interlocutors. 2. Motivation Management: Individual and Situational Variables. The Motivation: The Integrative Perspective. The role of remuneration in Motivation: Material rewards as a motivational factor. 3. Leadership- Leading People and Groups. Behavioral and Contingency Theories. Latest Approaches: Situational Leadership Approach; Transactional and Transformational Leadership; Leadership Styles and Induced Behaviors; Effective and Ineffective Behaviors; The Emotional Intelligence. 4. Team Management: Groups vs. Teams; Working Groups vs. Working Teams. Formation and Types of Team: Family groups, special and Autonomous Work; Quality Circles; Levels of team autonomy. How to implement High Performance Teams; The teams and the TQM.
