Teaching Methodologies

Attendance is optional. However, the scheduling and delivery of the assessment elements divided throughout the semester will be done in class.
The discipline will work with theoretical-practical classes.
Due to the eminently practical and professional character of the Curricular Unit, classes will combine the expository method with active learning methodologies, which are: practical exercises; roleplay debate of ideas and workshops, and final practical work.

Learning Results

At the end of the course, students should:

1. Understand the organization’s internal and external communication process in terms of public relations;
2. Be able to acquire knowledge of interpersonal and organizational communication;
3. Be able to produce an internal communication plan for the organization;
4. Interpret the actions and attitudes developed by contacts between people and groups, leading to social interaction in the company.

The course also aims to develop students’ skills in terms of:
