The objectives of this curricular unit are based on the analysis of the principles, regimes and legal requirements of the different Rights of Registries (Land Registry, Civil Registry and Commercial Registry), with special emphasis on the practical aspect of the same regimes with a view to the correct integration in the needs usual relating to solicitor and administration activities.
