The teaching method is adapted to the teaching modules, combining:

  1. Presentation of theoretical content;
  2. Practical work in contact time and time dedicated to self-learning;
  3. Seminars by invited individuals.

Learning Results

Provide students with the ability to:

  1. Develop a literature review on a scientific topic.
  2. Statistically analyze operational and laboratory data.
  3. Understand a quality management system, including the Quality Manual.
  4. Familiarize them with some tools used in the field of quality management.
  5. Learn about the HACCP protocol.

Give them an integrated perspective on:

  1. Research and Development activities.
  2. The relevance of areas related to their field of study.
