To perform the basic techniques related to agricultural and livestock production, preferably in the organic production mode (MPB), within the framework of the activities carried out in the agricultural and livestock farm, experimental fields or laboratories of ESAC.

1- Arable crops, fruit crops, horticultural crops, aromatic plants, spice plants and medicinal plants and vineyards.
2- Pastures, fodder and other feedingstuffs.
2- Poultry, cattle, goats, horses, sheep and leporids.
3- Composting, waste and effluent management.
